Permanent Hats for Gruber Vanity Bowls
New Gruber IL Style Permanent Hats are available in White, or Clear colors, and with or without overflow
Gruber Permanent Hats are a popular, high quality product, used by cultured marble manufacturers to replace the need for a female mold. Permanent Hats become a permanent part of the marble product, providing a finished underside which requires little or no additional finishing.
In addition to Permanent Hats, Gruber also manufactures Reusable Polyethylene Hats – which can be used repeatedly. However, Permanent Hats are convenient and cost-effective by reducing finishing labor costs.
New “Improved Line” (IL) Style Permanent Hats
New and improved Permanent Hats offer superior performance at lower cost.
Gruber’s new “IL style” permanent hats are a superior product compared to the older, original permanent hats. These new hats are more uniform material thickness – and although they use slightly thinner material than the old original hats, they are more uniform thickness overall, with less distortion and thin wall regions found in the original hats.
Gruber’s invested in a new, more efficient manufacturing process with higher throughput to help reduce costs, and allow us to offer these hats at a lower price than the old original hats. You benefit by receiving better quality hats, with improved edge treatments, more uniform dimensional accuracy, and less distortion – at a lower price than Gruber’s traditional hats.

Permanent Hat Order Information
To find your Permanent hat part number, decide on White or Clear color, and choose from “No Overflow”, or “With Overflow” options. Then find your bowl in the left column, and find the intersecting cell for your part number. Note: Permanent hats are sold in cases of the quantity listed in “Qty Per Case” column.
