GruberCare™ MR Cleaner CA Polymer Release Agent-Cleaner and Restorer is blend of organic solvents designed to remove dirt, grease and contaminants from a mold surface. The GruberCare MR Cleaner CA is particularly efficient at removing silicone, wax or other types of buildup on the mold. GruberCare MR Cleaner CA is designed not to soften or dull mold materials (such as GRP). Consequently, GruberCare MR Cleaner CA can be used on any metallic or thermo set mold. GruberCare Cleaner CA should be used immediately prior to the application of GruberCare MR Sealer CA or other Release Agents.

This product is intended to be used to clean residues left behind by clays and waxes used during the curing processes. The oily type residue left after exotherm will contribute to streaking and hazinc of the mold surface. This solvent is intended to remove these type of residues, while not removing all of the release agent polymer.

Designed for: Thorough cleaning of all mold finishing compounds, including wax based release systems, and substantial removal of polymer based release systems. Excellent for surface preparation prior to application of polymer or waxed based releases.
Benefits:

• More effective - better porosity cleansing of polishing compounds.
Not designed for: Dissolving styrene buildup, green wax crystallization or other process contamination. WetStrip replaces the use of harsh solvent cleaning after new mold building or maintenance processes.

Formulated especially for stripping wax and other residuals from cultured marble and other fiberglass mold surfaces
GruberCare Stripper is a liquid blend of mild solvents and a high melting-point wax designed to dissolve and assist in the removal of wax build-up, overspray and buffing compound residuals. The trace of high melting-point wax assures that the mold surface is never completely stripped to the "dry" or "etched" condition that commonly occurs with acetone, Methylene Chloride or Ethyl Acetate. Its also eliminates mold streaking that occurs with other strippers.
