These durable, high quality machined aluminum drain boss assemblies eliminate the need for polydomes, captive nut assemblies and suction cup assemblies. They are highly recommended for use with modular vanities and floating bowls - especially when using Extrudable Tooling Wax such as GruberCare Ex-Wax Extrudable Tooling Wax.

Two drain boss options are available below - Our "standard Drain Boss with 5/16" diameter center hole, and an alternative 1/2" Drain Boss/Captive Nut Assembly:

Drain Boss Captive Nut Assembly

This alternative product differs from the standard drain boss shown above in that it has a larger 1/2" Center Hole drilled through the same 1-9/16" diameter boss, and also utilizes a larger 1/2" Bolt and Nut from a Captive Nut Assembly. The bolt has a drilled center core (shown below).
