Automated, precise bowl positioning with Gruber Accucast™ Templates
Gruber’s Accucast™ Precision Bowl Positioning Templates allow fast, convenient and accurate positioning of floating bowls on deck molds. The Accucast™ system consists of a floating bowl positioning template, a female mold/hat with an integrated positioning system, and a metal alignment bar that is placed on the mold edge.

Accucast Male Floating Bowl templates are laid down surrounding a floating bowl on the deck to properly center the bowl, then are removed to allow for final bowl fixturing on the deck mold surface.

Accucast Floating Bowl Female Molds
Quickly and accurately position the female mold with these Floating Bowl Female Molds. Note: Female mold shown with optional integrated fiberglass funnel.
Accucast Floating Bowl Female molds utilize alignment holes and a metal rail to quickly and accurately position the female mold.
