Sample Molds

Sample miniature products are a great sales tool for showing off cast cultured marble or solid surface products to a prospective customer. Irrestible to the touch, they are economical to manufacture, light to ship, and fun to show. Mount them on a board or distribute individually. Samples may be made very economically by using left-over matrix from production. The taper or radius edge produces an attractive product that requires very little finishing. Your company name, logo, or the color specifications can also be permanently cast into the sample.

Material Sample Molds

Provide your prospects and showroom visitors with material samples of your cast product with these sample shape molds.

Choose from a full line of sample shapes for versatile presentations of your marble line. They can be mounted on a board or distributed individually. Samples may be made very economically by using left-over matrix from production. The tapered or radius edge produces an attractive product that requires very little finishing. Your company name, logo or the color specifications can also be permanently cast into the sample.

	Oval This classic 24-cavity shape can show the best of your marble line. The 4" x 6” (10.2 x 15.2 cm) sample, with a graceful tapered edge, can also be used as a pen set base. The Oval Sample Mold has 24 cavities. Mold net weight* is 47 lbs (21 kg). PN 28101
	New Dimension The beauty of your cast marble deserves the complement of this shape. This 32-cavity mold features 4” (10.2 cm) round samples have the same tapered edge as the oval sample (above). The slightly domed shape can be an attractive sales tool that will constantly remind your client of your quality product. It makes a handsome desk ornament as well! 	Round This 29-cavity mold makes a 4” (10.2 cm) round sample with an OG edge. This handy sample can be easily carried and distributed. Use a selection of matched patterns/colors from your line to make an attractively packaged coaster set. 	Rectangle The Rectangular Sample Board is a 24-cavity mold, and has proven to be a real favorite for many. The 4 x 6” (10.2 x 15.2 cm) samples are easy to store and handle. Show your product in all its splendor with an economical investment. An excellent choice for manufacturing cultured marble or solid surface samples - such as Gruber's Granatex™ granite-effect filler! 	Rectangle (O.G. Edge) A fifth dimension can be added to your sample line with this rectangular sample with an O.G. edge.
