This Gruber Grind Booth incorporates the newest sensation in dust collection - the innovative Gruber Cartridge Dust Collection System.
This product includes the Gruber Grind Booth (at right), and the Gruber Dust Collection System (above):
Quality Construction - The Gruber Grind booth features heavy-duty sheet metal construction, and three fluorescent light assemblies. Two different widths are available, and a choice of no doors, one door, or two door configurations.
Convenient, thorough, and low-maintenance dust collection - This quality Cartridge Dust Collection Filtration System is provided with an automatic pulse cleaning system. A preset solid state timer, controlling both frequency and duration of the pulses, controls the cleaning process. Pulses of compressed air automatically clean the cartridges by reverse pressurization, and the accumulated dust sheets simply drop to the floor pans below the cartridges. Periodically, the trays are pulled and emptied in a receptacle for quick, convenient easy disposal.
This low-maintenance and very user-friendly grind booth and dust collection system is great option where regulatory requirements no longer permit internal venting of baghouse or HEPA Filter-equipped Grind Booths.*
* It is the customers responsibility to determine if equipment is permitted by applicable regulatory agencies that may govern your facility and operation. Be sure to check all local, regional, state, federal and other applicable regulatory agency requirements before purchasing.

Digital Sequential Timer
|
Goyen's digital timer is designed to control the frequency and duration of the cleaning pulse in a Reverse Pulse Filter. It does this by sending a timed sequential signal to the pilot solenoid valve. The Goyen digital timer may also be used in any application where sequential timing is required. |
| OPTIONS |
Deluxe Nema 12 Control Panel
|
480V, 3-phase, 60 Hz - Complete with the following: Exhaust blower motor starter with off/on switch & fused circuit protection 460/120VAC, 750VA transformer for control power. |
| Photohelic Cleaning System |
Complete with the following: A differential pressure gauge with adjustable high/low set points, integral solid state relay electronics, and programmable microprocessor based timer card. Three modes of operation can be programmed: 'off', 'continuous' or 'demand'. Off is primarily used to isolate the system during maintenance. Continuous mode sequentially switches valves on and off. Demand mode is when the cleaning cycle is initiated by the pressure drop across the filter monitored by the photohelic.
General practice prefers demand mode because it reduces the number of cleaning pulses in a given period of time resulting in extended cartridge life, reduced compressed air consumption, longer valve life, lower emissions, and less service downtime.
