The 3-Leg Tub Demolder/Rotator Gantry is designed to assist in the demolding process of cast marble or solid surface production tubs. Utilizing lifters and hoists, the demolding gantry can then effortlessly move the tub to the rotator mechanism for grinding and finishing. Greatly reducing the amount of stress and damage to the molds, as well as decreasing the time needed to demold tubs, the tub rotator is a must have for those who manufacturer tubs regularly.

The tub demolder rotator consists of the following. A 3-leg demold gantry featuring a heavy duty steel I beam, 3” tube steel legs, electric or pneumatic hoists, dual or quad cup lifters. A tub rotator table featuring heavy duty steel construction, and 180° of movement. Both have durable powdercoat for protection.

Features:

• One person operation - one person can demold, rotate and place a bathtub upright on a pallet or wheeled cart with no lifting!

• Can handle tubs as large as 72” x 54”, and weighing up to 500 lb. (custom demolders can be ordered for larger tub capacities).

• Large rotator can even handle most corner tubs.

• Standard dual-cup demolder can also demold tubs, panels and shower pans of any size or drain location.
