Vacuum Mixers
Gruber manufactures vacuum mixers that are designed to mix/blend solid surface matrix by evacuating air from the matrix during the blending process. Vacuum mixed materials are condensed, void-free, durable products that can be fabricated to create popular designs in today’s kitchen and bath market. Depending on the model, the vacuum lid is raised and lowered using either pneumatic or hydraulic systems. All Vacuum mixers utilize pre-wired control switches and feature heavy duty steel construction with stainless steel mixing pots and blades for easy cleaning and care. Available in three-phase, 50 or 60 Hertz electrical configurations.
Application: Designed to create solid surface material by evacuating air from the matrix.
Features:
- Pneumatic controls and hydraulic drives for safe operation.
- Dual 230 quart/219 liter stainless steel mixing vessels.
- Rotary vane, fan cooled and oil-less vacuum pump.
- Heavy duty contoured mixing blade.
- Available in 3 phase, 50 or 60 Hz models.

The GS1000 vacuum mixer has a aluminum tilting lid that swings up out of the way for easy movement of the pot. It comes with a 200 pound capacity mixing pot/vessel that can hold up to 15.2 gallons of solid surface matrix. |
 |
The GS1500 vacuum mixer also uses a aluminum lid that swings up, but comes with a larger 390 pound capacity mixing vessel that can hold up to 29.4 gallons of solid surface material.
|
 |
The GS1700 vacuum mixer is our best value vacuum mixer, and largest capacity vacuum mixer. It has a capacity of 460 pounds (approximately 34.7 gallons of solid surface material). The GS1700 uses a pnuematic boom and mixing arm that raises up and swings out of the way to give the larger pot more room to be lifted up with a bridge crane or gantry. |
Note: The GS2000 Vacuum Mixer has been discontinued, and may not be available. Call for more information.
