This Silent Air Flow Control allows the bather to adjust the amount of air volume via a "Minimum - Maximum" air flow adjustment range, and the plastic caps shown below feature a visual adjustment "window" to visually note the air flow setting. Air is drawn from under the deck for extremely quiet operation - so this Air Flow Control is often referred to as the "Silent" Air Flow Control. The Air Control has a smooth, lo-profile look. Note: The metal caps do not include this notched window.This Silent Air Flow Control Assembly should NOT be installed within the bathtub bowl, since it should not suck water into the air flow control assembly.

Gruber also manufacturers Sealed Air Flow Control Valves that are imperious to water exposure, and can be used within the bathtub bowl.
