Mold vibration during or after casting is essential for removing air pockets from uncured matrix. Gruber Vibration Tables are welded steel frame units that come with an on/off ball valve and standard hook-ups to connect directly to your shop's compressed air line. Vibration tables are available to match either standard height or the lower hub height conveyor lines. This allows molds to be transferred directly to and from the table's rubber skatewheel tracks with no lifting. To assure level matrix pours, the tables feature adjustable leveling feet. The top of the table is separated from the frame by elastomeric isolators to reduce noise and increase the efficiency of the vibrator. One air vibrator is provided as standard equipment, and is sufficient for standard molds. However, an additional electric or pneumatic (air) vibrator may be added as an option to accommodate larger tub or panel molds. Available in standard 10' or 12' lengths, Vibration Tables can also be designed and constructed in custom lengths and widths to meet customer specifications. Features include:
