We manufacture dozens of casting carts and tables - which are used to simplify movement of molds and castings through the production process - or to position molds accurately for use in continuous casting processes.
Exchange Carts
Standard Exchange Carts are a convenient way to transfer molds either before or after the casting process, from one line of conveyor to another. Product Bulletin

Hi-Boy™ Elevating Exchange Carts are specifically designed for the transfer of molds to and from elevated or multi-level conveyor systems. The use of these carts along with a multi level conveyor either for storage or production can dramatically reduce the space required for a cultured marble factory. Same as the Hi-Boy Elevating Exchange Carts (above), except uses rollers instead of casters. |
Casting Tables
The XYZ Mechanized Casting Table is designed for use with the Gruber Autocaster™ continuous casting system, making the process of positioning the mold vertically under the Autocaster much simpler. Sometimes also referred to (incorrectly) as an ACT (Automatic Casting Table).
