Selected 1050 Shower Pans to be discontinued

Select 1050 Series Shower Pan Molds have been discontinued.

Effective February 15, 2009, many of the 1050 Series Shower Pan molds have been discontinued.

The 1050 Series Shower Pans may not be code-compliant for minimum slope, and the National Building Code also calls for integral water dams that are only available on the more recently introduced 1051, 1052 and 1054 Series Shower Pan molds.

We will retain the two double threshold models designed for tub replacement, and also 1050 Series Universal Shower Pan Molds.

The 1051 series includes designer-textured pan floors, minimum of ¼” per foot slope, integral threshold, 1” integral water dam, and slightly contoured pan edges. The 1052 “Accessibility” Series offers the same advantages found in the 1051 series, but substitutes the integral threshold and with a short ramp for wheel chair access. The newest 1054 Series offers the same features found in the 1051 series, but adds a dam to the front of the threshold to ensure water stays in the enclosure.
