Some people still like the look of tile, even though, as cast polymer manufacturers well know, tile can be a nightmare to maintain! Cast polymer is so much more “hygienically-friendly!,” without the problems frequently associated with grout such as mold growth.

To make products available to tile fanatics in your area, however, we have created a series of “Tile” molds, including several styles of wall panels and the Universal Tile Shower Pan.

The Universal Tile Shower Pan (PN 26130) measures 118” x 93 ¾”” with a 2” x 2” tile-look surface with simulated grout. The mold includes appropriate drainage and a standard center drain so that it can easily be blocked down to the size needed.

If tiled shower walls are also the vision your customer has in mind, steer them toward our Tile Wall Panels. We offer an entire line of wall panel molds, incorporating tile, borders, textures, and other features.

Of course, you can add your own touches to these already versatile molds… You can produce them in any color or add interesting veining to create interest… even in products that look like small individual tiles. Offer wall panels in a variety of materials to remind your customers that Cast Polymer really is better than tile!

The Tile Series of molds can be used residentially in bathrooms or kitchens or in entryways, hallways, laundry rooms, or mud rooms. Commercially, they are perfect for use in hospitals, schools, or in any office application.
