VacAutocaster300p-lr It’s a concept solid surface manufacturers could once only imagine… the capability of having a continuous supply of consistently high quality, void-free solid surface matrix continuously - as much as 24 hours a day, if necessary, to meet the needs of their manufacturing environment.  The Gruber Vacuum Autocaster Ultra continuous casting system has made this dream a reality.
Gruber Systems has long been a major source for automated casting equipment for the cast polymer industry, and the Vacuum Autocaster, developed in concert with Gisco Automation, Ltd., includes the myriad of features also available in our cultured marble casting machines.  Benefits of the Vacuum Autocaster include resin heating, a recirculating cleaning system, touch screen control, large filler hoppers, catalyst control, base color pumps, etc., along with the capability of evacuating air from the matrix.

In addition to cutting down on your labor costs (with Autocaster doing all the heavy work!), use of the automated machine reduces waste of raw material and keeps your production line moving smoothly.  The resin heating feature of all of our Autocasters is invaluable in these days of continually rising resin costs, as heating the resin greatly reduces the percentage needed, allowing the machines to quickly pay for themselves.

In addition to bringing the Vacuum Autocaster to the industry by working in conjunction with Gisco Automation, Gruber Systems and Gisco Automation are also working in concert with Berndorf Belt Technology, USA to bring Engineered Stone equipment to the marketplace.  Be watching for further details, as we continue to help our industry grow.
